1 Introduction

This machine is a filling and capping equipment for reagent tubes. The plastic tube is placed in the bottle unscrambler, automatically manages the tube, and enters the aliquot tray one by one. The aliquot tray performs intermittent movement of twenty-four halves, and is filled by a peristaltic pump at the filling station first, and each bottle is filled Once; when the bottle that has been filled with liquid moves to the capping station, the cap is automatically taken out and the cap is put on, and then pre-twisted. When moving to the capping station, the capping head descends to tighten the cap on the bottle. The capped bottle is pushed into the collection area by the dial.
