Introduction to equipment composition and configuration
UV laser marking machine, also known as UV laser marking machine, is currently one of the more advanced laser marking equipment in China. This equipment is developed using a 355nm ultraviolet laser, which uses third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology. Compared with infrared laser, the 355 ultraviolet laser focuses on a very small spot, and the marking effect is to directly break the molecular chain of the material through a short wavelength laser, greatly reducing the mechanical deformation of the material. (Different long wavelength lasers evaporate the surface of the object and expose the underlying material through high temperature) belongs to cold light processing. Therefore, it is mainly used for ultra fine marking and carving, especially suitable for marking food and pharmaceutical packaging materials, marking micropores, high-speed division of glass and porcelain materials. The application industry for complex graphic cutting of silicon wafers.

1) Laser
The laser adopts an integrated overall design structure, with the optical path and external circuits integrated into one, and strong anti-interference ability. The optimized and upgraded fully sealed structure effectively prevents external dust from entering, while isolating external water molecules. It has stronger moisture-proof properties and can adapt to more harsh industrial environments. At the same time, the use of an internal self-cleaning system greatly extends the service life. Extremely stable and reliable.
Excellent beam quality is more suitable for fine machining
The average working life of LD is over 20000 hours, and the laser adopts double-layer sealing inside and outside the cavity, greatly improving equipment stability and reducing equipment maintenance.
2) Optical path and galvanometer system
Laser correction: Using a weak laser collimation system to indicate the position of the optical axis, the indicator light is coaxial with the laser, which can achieve the function of tracking indication during processing and provide accurate alignment.
Galvanometer system: Adopting a high-speed and high-precision digital galvanometer system, ensuring the efficient operation of the entire machine and improving the ability to resist external interference signals.
Red light focusing system: using a red light indicator with 2-point auxiliary focusing, convenient and fast adjustment of focal length.
3) Touch screen control system
A simple touch screen control system can input and mark information such as text, graphics, logo, one-dimensional code, two-dimensional code, etc. The operation is simple, and the system is stable and reliable.
4) Mechanical structure
The whole machine body is made of all aluminum alloy processing, with a beautiful appearance and surface oxidation treatment to prevent corrosion in the industrial environment.
