Vacuum freeze drying machine is machine which providing the frozen and sublimation environment in mechanical way. First we put the products on the shelf which maintain plane and clean in the seatant chamber. All the parts connecting with products are composed of antirust. No powder and no hazard material transmit the heat equally in order to ensure the transproducts got the same temperature at the sme time. The refrigerating system can cool the themal oil equality. When the temperature declines to the euteclic temperature, the system will switch to the condensing coiled pipe to cool the temperature. Condesing coiled pipe is to cause the pressure difference between the chamber and condenser. We adopt the Freon to directly evaporate and reach the lower temperature than the shelf, which can make the chamber and condenser have the temperature difference. Condenser had another function to protect the vacuum system. If the great amount steam directly sublimate into the vacuum system or vacuum pump, it will spoil the vacuum pump and vacuum parts. When the condenser declines to the required temperature, the vacuum system will start working for the chamber and the condenser. When the products reach the required pressure, electric heating in the circulating system will start heating through the thermal oil. The thermal oil will exchange the heat through the shell to make the products reach the purpose for heating sublimation. Drying in the freeze drying process should be divided into two parts: the 1set stage drying is called sublimation drying, which task is to remove the crystal from the product. Of course, it will also remove some water from the products. The 2nd stage drying is called desorption drying, which task is to remove the remain water from the products, that can make the products storable. When the products finish drying and the vacuum degree reach the required control scope of the customer, a batch of qualified freeze drying products can be finished to take out from the chamber.
