ALX-III Ampoule filling line of Washing Sterilizing Filling Sealing machine

Introduction

The compact line is composed of QCL series vertical ultrasonic washing machine, ASMR circulating heating air sterilizing oven, and AAG series of sideling type ampoule filling & sealing machine, each machine can be used stand alone, it apply for producing of 1-20ml ampoules. The compact line could complete procedures such as ultrasonic washing, three time of water washing (two time circulating water one time of fresh water washing ), three air spraying, sterilizing. Cooling. Filling and sealing, protectiongaseous filling (compressed air filling +and nitrogen filling ).
The ampoule production line that developed and combinated the international advanced technology bymaking effort for years after investigations.

Features

1. Mechanical gripper are used on ampoule washing machine apply for 1-20ml ampoules
2. Ampoule does not stop while washing process, the water and air nozzle following the moving ampoule and insert into ampoule, good quality washing effect, and WFI economy, set the anti-oscillating device for washing machine.
3. The circulating water pipe and fine washing water pipe is separated fitted, there is no cross-contamination
4. Add buffering block in front of the spiral screw to prevent ampoule broken and protect the spiral screw
5. Ampoule out-feeding section is adopted cellular-belts to transfer ampouiles, it is mare stable and reliable.
6. Circulating heating air exert on the ampoule white sterilizing, excellent temperate distribution, energy economy.
7. Protecting for HEPA while power failure, safe running.
8. Water cooling system is optional; It can decrease fresh air supply from the washing room and reduce the risk from wind differential pressure imbalance, good cooling effect.
9. Wind pressure auto balancing regulating system is optional, it can avoid series trouble, such as the temperature getting increasing in filing room and washing room
10. Set DOP testing port for sterilizing tunnel (including wind pressure testing, wind speed testing, and partical testing )
11. Adopt round even-pace wheel at ampoule in-teed station instead of sector block to reduce ampoule breaking
12. The sterilizing function for cooling section is optional for FAD requirement.
13. The inner surface of the sterilizing tunnel can be clean.
14. Adopt WEISHNG patented spiral guiding screw at ampoule in feed station instead of sector block, it is steady and reliable.
15. Filling nitrogen before and after filling medicine liquid, the filling quality is excellent.
16. Two filling & sealing machine could run in same time or individually to ensure that one of them can also work even other is out of work, without medicine liquids wasted.
17. For filling & sealing machine, the cermamic pump, SS pump, creeping pump is optional.
PLC control the whole machine, inverter and touch screen is used in control system, so the machine is stable and reliable during running. The touch screen can display running status of all unit machine, water pressures, gas pressure and temperatures of all controlled point, can display the status of all switches and its faults self-diagnosis, faults anialysisi and its solutions. The Washing-sterilizing-filling and sealing inter-linkage balancing device. All of these make the compact line in automatic control, and makes producing process stable and reliable.
