I. main working principles and uses:
Dry granulator is mainly dry shrinkage by hydraulic acting on the degassing roller extrusion into thin slices, and then crushed finishing process to meet user requirements of particles.
II. structure features:
1, the machine has lifting mechanism, feeding device, tablet pressing device, granulating and granulating device, hydraulic system, cooling system, electrical control, and other components.
A: the lifting mechanism adopts the electric oil pump device to realize the lifting and lifting of the feeding device during the cleaning.
B: feeding device: variable frequency speed regulation to change feed speed
