GHL-200 High Efficiency Wet Mixing Granulator & Granulating Machine
I. Overview:
1) Working principle:
   1. Add the raw materials to the cylinder at one time, dry blend the mixture with a stirring paddle, and then inject the binder (or add the raw materials and the binder to the working container at one time) to wet mix. According to the different characteristics of the material and the adhesive, the speed of the stirring paddle is changed so that the movement of the material produces turbulence; the speed of the cutting blade can be changed, and the soft material made by mixing can be chopped into particles of a desired size.
   2. The rotating speed of the stirring paddle and the granulating knife can make the material produce three-dimensional movement, and the particles produce collision, friction and shearing, which make the friction even and detailed. Finally, a stable spherical particle is formed. The mixing time, the speed of the stirring paddle and the pelletizing blade, and the quality and uniformity of the prill after drying completely satisfy the production requirements of the solid preparation.
   3, the mixing granulation process is carried out in a closed state, and ensure that no foreign objects fall, clean and sanitary, fully meet the GMP requirements.
2) Structural features:
   1. 304 stainless steel is used in direct contact with the material, and the seal is made of non-toxic silicone with stable performance. Chemical changes do not occur with drugs, and materials that do not absorb drugs are not corroded.
   2. The upper part of the pelletizing cylinder is an elliptical head-shaped cylinder body. The bottom of the cylinder body is processed by the whole plate car. The surface transitions of the cylinder body are circular over liquid, easy to clean, and no cleaning dead angle. At the same time, the granulation cylinders are all welded by argon arc welding. The internal and external surfaces are polished. In particular, the internal surface polishing requires a surface roughness of Ra0.8 to ensure that the materials do not stick to the walls.
   3. The inlet and outlet of the granulation cylinder adopts a quick opening structure. The flange and the barrel are welded with no dead angle. The cylinder cover is easy to disassemble and open. The inlet and cylinder cover gasket is sanitary grade silicone rubber, and the gasket is easy to exchange. The feed inlet and cylinder cover structure have corresponding air tightness. The discharge port of the material cylinder adopts an electrically-controlled pneumatic discharge valve. The valve plate gasket is a hygienic silicone rubber. The surface of the entire channel of the discharge material is smooth, easy to clean, and has no clean corners.
   4. The stirring paddle adopts down-rotating stirring. The welding adopts argon arc welding and both are polished. The strength of the connection between the stirring impeller and the sleeve has increased enough to overcome the momentary torque. In another place, the distance between the bottom of the pot and the bottom of the stirring paddle is less than 1mm to solve the problem of material accumulation at the bottom of the pan. At the same time, the cutting blade adopts a side-mounted type, and the blade exchange is convenient, and the entire cutting blade dismountable component has no cleaning dead zone. Among them, the agitating drive shaft and the cylinder are sealed reliably, no powder enters, and no cross-contamination occurs.
3) Equipment features:
