FJZ-4 Vial Powder Filling Stoppering (Plugging) Machine And Capping Line

1) brief introduction
This machine is the mainframe of powder dispensing in the powder production line. It is used for the powder metering and packing of various antibiotic bottles. The bottles from the conveyor belt into the sub plate, each sub set of two bottles; a total of 30 bottles for 15 sub station, intermittent movement, took the bottle after filling station, station and station plug out of the bottle; each bottle after two times of filling, a stopper. When the bottle arrives at the filling station, the photoelectric switch sends signals to the system, and the corresponding filling head of the bottle is filled once. When the bottle is placed on the upper position, the stopper moves the rubber stopper to the bottle mouth at a time, and the bottle is sent out of the conveyor belt when the bottle is out of the bottle position.
The machine is controlled by PLC, the measuring screw is divided, the measurement is accurate, and the degree of automation is high.
