YG60B Mini Eye Drop Filling Stoppering (Plugging) and Capping Machine & Pharmaceutical Machinery
The machine is automatic liquid filling device with PLC, human interface and photo-electricity sensor. This is a rotary type filling, plugging and capping machine. It had advantages of high accuracy, stable performance and greater versatility under extreme operation conditions which enjoys a high prestige. It has been widely applied in areas of pharmaceuticals industry, especially suitable to eye drops filling as well as other small bottles.
Characteristics:
1.PLC control system and simple operation
2.Adopt injection filling (the ejector pump with glass or ceramics is optional )
3.Filling quantity adopt adjustable filling volume with two levels which filled accurate and precision is 99%
4.NO bottle no filling ,no bottle no plugging, no bottle no capping.
5.with Oscillator to conveying the plug and caps
6.Capping is driven by the cam device, and there all installed clutch setting in capping head which can adjust loose and tight of capping and protect surface of caps
7.After adjusting the mould board of rotary pan to filling different bottles such as round eye drops bottles or diamond shaped eye drops bottles.
8.The machine could working independently or matched with bottle unscrambler, labeling machine or it can been applied in your own line.
