  1. Application range
The machine is suitable for the production of medicine, health care, chemicals, pesticides, institutions, research institutes laboratory granular materials for a variety of test fast drying. Granular materials: rotary granulation screw extruder mixing granulation, wet granulation, coating and granulation
  1. Structure and working principle
This machine has a beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, small size, light weight, easy disassembly, a thorough cleaning and other structural features.
Basic working principle: (see Figure 1)
  1. Airflow from the inlet into the host. Air inlet has a safety net to prevent debris and manpower into the machine cavity.
  2. Airflow into the host first passes through the centrifugal fan, then improve airflow through the heater temperature, last discharge host. Fan flow and temperature of the heater can be adjusted by the electrical control panel.
