2. CXP-2 Vial Washing Machine

1. Introduction
The machine is a cleaning device for bottles of liquids such as oral liquids or infusion bottles. It is used in the form of a drum structure, a conveyor belt, and an air cylinder to push the bottle. The bottle is sent by the conveyor belt, and the first four bottles are pushed into the bottle conveying track by the bottle inlet cylinder, push the bottle cylinder and push it into the drum; the drum rotates intermittently, and the bottle on the drum rotates with the drum. After washing with water, washing with pure water and purifying compressed air, the bottles were washed.
This machine has the advantages of stable operation, reliable operation and good cleaning effect, and is equipped with a water and gas processing system.

This machine is suitable for drying and sterilizing all kinds of glass bottles such as vials and oral liquid bottles. It is transported by mesh belt, and the speed of the network is steplessly adjustable. It is heated by far-infrared quartz tube, which has fast heating, high efficiency and uniform temperature.
