Introduction as following:

The automatic hose filling and sealing machine is a new type of equipment developed by our company's technology department based on more than 20 years of mature packaging equipment, combined with the principles of similar foreign machines. It has advanced technology, complete functions, reasonable process, simple operation, easy adjustment, and convenient maintenance.
 
I. Process flow:
Industrial management warehouse (hose container) → automatic tube loading → identification and positioning → filling → tail hot melting → pressure sealing, typing code → cutting → finished product discharge
II. Applicable scope:
Suitable for filling and sealing methods of medical chemicals, daily necessities, cosmetics, health products, etc.

II. Working principle

Place the hoses to be produced neatly on the pipe hopper and insert them into the cup holder (positioning mold) through an automatic tube loading device. The cup holder rotates with the rotary table and stays at different workstations. Put the paste that needs to be filled into a sealed conical material barrel, and accurately and automatically inject it into the hose that intermittently stays on the filling station through a plunger type quantitative filling valve directly connected to the material barrel. The rotary table continues to rotate, quickly bringing the hose that has already been filled with paste to different sealing stations. The mechanical hands of each station immediately seal the end of the pipe. By adjusting the capacity adjustment table, different filling capacities can be obtained. By replacing different robotic arms, the tail of the hose can be hot melted, pressed and sealed. After the sealing is completed, the typing code robotic arm automatically prints the production date, batch number, and other character codes on the tail of the pipe. After the automatic pipe discharge structure, the finished pipe is automatically sent into the container.
Reasonable structural design
This machine fully embodies the progressiveness, reliable and reasonable design concept required by GMP for pharmaceutical equipment, and reduces the human factors in the use process. The automatic feeding of the tube, automatic positioning of the tube color code, filling, sealing, batch number printing, and finished product exit are achieved using a linkage design, and all actions are completed synchronously.
